Cherry Floor Lamp Kit Overview
Our Shaker Floor Lamp is also available as a do-it-yourself kit. Based on the classic Shaker tripod stand, with arched or "spider" legs, made at the New Lebanon , New York Shaker community circa 1830-40. The legs are nicely dovetailed into the gracefully turned pedestal. Solid clear cherry wood. Kit includes 3-way socket, clear gold cord set, brass harp and finial, and easy wiring instructions. Complete with an off-white linen shade. Height to top of shade is 60". This furniture kit contains all the materials needed, except the final finish, including sandpaper, Shaker Oil Finish, hardware, and simple step-by-step instructions. Each component has been precisely fashioned to assure an accurate fit before you do the final hand sanding and finishing. Only common hand tools are needed to assemble our kits. You'll discover that the simplicity of Shaker furniture makes it not only beautiful, but also easy to assemble.
